Note: For international orders, shipping may take an additional 1-2 weeks. Shipping times to some regions may range from 21-25 business days, and tracking updates may not always be immediate.
Order in Queue
Once your payment is confirmed, your order enters a 7-hour waiting period before production begins. During this time, you can modify the order details, such as size, color, or quantity, or cancel the order.
Shipping Multiple Orders
Unfortunately, multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined. Each order will be processed and shipped separately.
Shipping to Multiple Locations
We are unable to split a single order and ship it to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
Address Changes
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once the order has entered processing. Please double-check your address details before confirming your order.
Free Shipping
- United States: Free shipping is available for all orders shipped within the US.
- International Orders: Free shipping applies to orders over $99. For smaller orders, shipping fees are as follows:
- $7.99 for the first item + $2 for each additional item.
Please note: Some special locations may incur higher shipping costs, and tracking may be limited in certain countries.
Tracking Information
When your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via a confirmation email. You can use this link to track your package online and stay updated on its delivery status.
Re-Shipping Policy
In the event of failed delivery due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. We will re-ship the item once updated details are provided, with the following fees:
- Re-ship within the US: $5 per item
- Re-ship globally: $8 per item
Customs Charges and Delays
For international shipments, some countries may impose import taxes, duties, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times may also experience delays due to customs checks, which are beyond our control. For further assistance, please contact your local customs office.
Additional Notes
- Delivery Delays: While we strive for timely deliveries, unexpected issues such as customs delays or courier challenges may occasionally occur.
- Military Shipments: Tracking for APO/FPO orders will not update once the package enters the military zone.
